Cool Season 4 Step Program

  • Step # 1 April: Crab Grass Preventer with Slow Release Fertilizer- Early Spring pre-emergent weed control 
  • Step # 2 May: Broadleaf Killer with Slow Release Fertilizer- To be applied after weeds have emerged 
  • Step # 3 October: Broadleaf Killer with Fertilizer-  Targets weeds that have emerged since last application, purpose is to eradicate remaining weeds to leave yard weed free going into Fall 
  • Step # 4 November: Winterizer Fertilizer- 
  • Provides nutrients that allow your grass to flourish throughout Fall and Winter as well as give the soil what it needs to prosper in the Spring

  • Step # 4 October: Broadleaf Killer with Fertilizer-  Targets weeds that have emerged since last application, purpose is to eradicate remaining weeds to leave yard weed free going into Fall 
  • Step # 5 November: Winterizer Fertilizer-

  • Step # 3 Mid June: Soluble Fertilizer
  • Step # 4 October: Broadleaf Killer-To be applied after Weeds have emerged, , purpose is to eradicate remaining weeds to leave yard weed free going into Fall

Core Aeration

 Overseed & Aeration: Alleviates soil compaction and allows proper water drainage as well as  absorption of nutrients. Overseeding will help fill in bare spots in your yard
